Elite Broadband Montrose — Support Agent

This app has no customer-facing UI yet. It exposes a webhook, /api/sms/inbound, that Twilio calls on every inbound SMS to the Montrose support Messaging Service (DID will be (970) 209-1728 after port).

Billing via Azotel proxy; outages/jobs via Montrose UISP ( elitebroadband.unmsapp.com). Never Plateau Valley.
